Weehawken tax revaluation completed - New rates effective July 2018
The City of Weehawken has finalized their first property tax revaluation in over 30 years. Keep in mind, these changes will take effect starting on July 1st, 2018.

Mayor Richard Turner indicated to the Hudson Reporter that: “Nearly 80 percent of the homeowners will see reduced tax, no increase or a minimal increase as result of this revaluation,” and “Of the 19 percent that will see an increase, it is based on location of home with or without a view of Manhattan. Every one of these is unique.”
